Bulk‑Deleting or Bulk‑Exporting Purchase Orders

Overview
Perform mass actions on multiple POs to clean up test data or archive records.

Steps

1. In the PO list, select the checkboxes next to each PO (or top checkbox for all on page).

2. Click the Bulk Actions toolbar that appears.

3. Choose Delete or Export.

4. Confirm the action.

Tips

• Use filters first to narrow to a specific date range or vendor.

• Always export before bulk delete for backup.

Troubleshooting

• Bulk toolbar not appearing? Ensure you’ve checked at least one row.

• Some POs not selected? Bulk actions apply only to the current page of results.
