Enabling Client‑Purchase and Downloadable Flags

Overview
Control which products clients can order through client‑portal and which digital products are downloadable.

Steps

1. In Add Products, locate checkboxes Client can purchase and Downloadable.

2. Check Client can purchase to expose the product on client order forms.

3. If the product is a digital file, check Downloadable.

4. Save the product.

Tips

• Only enable “Client can purchase” for items you stock or resell.

• For downloadable, attach the file in the client‑portal configuration.

Troubleshooting

• Clients still can’t see product? Verify their portal permissions under Settings → Roles & Permissions.

• Download link missing? Ensure “Downloadable” is checked before first save.
