Overview
Maintain product data quality by editing existing records, duplicating for similar items, or deleting obsolete products.
Steps
In the Products list, click the three‑dot Action menu next to a product.
Choose View, Edit, Delete, or Duplicate.
For Duplicate, a new product form prefilled with the original’s data appears—adjust fields and save.
For Edit, update fields and save.
For Delete, confirm removal (cannot delete if inventory transactions exist).
Tips
Use Duplicate when adding variants (color/size) to save time.
Archive rather than delete if you need historical sales data.
Troubleshooting
Delete disabled? Product has related transactions—create a zero‑inventory variant instead.
Duplicate missing data? Some fields (like inventory tracking) may not copy—verify before saving.
