Bulk‑Importing Products via CSV

Overview
Save time by uploading many products at once using a CSV template.

Steps

1. Download the sample CSV template from Products via Action → Export.

2. Populate columns: Type, Name, SKU, Unit Type, Category, Sub‑Category, Selling Price, Cost Price, Tax Name, Hsn/Sac, Client‑purchase flag, Downloadable flag, Track Inventory flag, Description.

3. In Products, click Action → Import, upload your filled CSV.

4. Map CSV columns to product fields.

5. Click Import and review any error logs.

Tips

• Import in batches of 50–100 to catch mapping issues early.

• Use consistent category names matching your existing setup.

Troubleshooting

• Mapping errors? Ensure CSV header names match exactly the template’s.

• Rows skipped? Check for required fields missing in those rows.
