Overview:
Use Laywork’s workflow automation to change lead status based on events (email replies, form submissions, etc.).
Steps:
Navigate to Automation & AI → Workflows.
Click + New Workflow and choose Lead Status Update template.
Set your trigger (e.g., “When lead replies to email” → Status = Contacted).
