Upload and View Asset‑Related Files

Overview
Attach manuals, warranty certificates, or repair receipts to each asset.

Steps

1. In View Asset, switch to the Files tab.

2. Click Add Files, select documents or images.

3. Uploaded files appear in list; click View to open.

Tips

• Store warranty PDFs for easy retrieval on claims.

• Use file naming conventions: “Laptop123_Warranty.pdf.”

Troubleshooting

• File upload error? Check file size/format limits (max 10 MB; PDF, JPG, PNG).

• Cannot view inline? Download and open locally.
