Set Up Purchase Notification Emails

Overview
Automatically alert your team when key purchase events occur (new PO, bill, payment, inventory change).

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Purchase Settings → Purchase Notification Settings.

2. Check the events you want email alerts for (e.g., New Purchase Order, New Purchase Bill).

3. Click Save.

Tips

• Enable only critical alerts to avoid inbox fatigue.

• Pair with Slack/email integration in Message Settings for multi‑channel alerts.

Troubleshooting

• No email received: Verify company SMTP settings under Settings → Email.

• Too many alerts: Uncheck non‑essential events or set up digest schedules.
