Overview
Automatically alert your team when key purchase events occur (new PO, bill, payment, inventory change).
Steps
Go to Settings → Purchase Settings → Purchase Notification Settings.
Check the events you want email alerts for (e.g., New Purchase Order, New Purchase Bill).
Click Save.
Tips
Enable only critical alerts to avoid inbox fatigue.
Pair with Slack/email integration in Message Settings for multi‑channel alerts.
Troubleshooting
No email received: Verify company SMTP settings under Settings → Email.
Too many alerts: Uncheck non‑essential events or set up digest schedules.
