Link Bank Accounts to Purchase Orders

Overview
Associate your company’s bank accounts with POs so that payments and reconciliations feed through the correct ledger.

Steps

  1. In Settings → Roles & Permissions, ensure “Link Order Bank Account” is enabled for your role.

  2. Go to Settings → Purchase SettingsPurchase Notification Settings.

  3. (If available) select default Bank Account for POs.

  4. When creating a PO, choose the bank account from the Delivery Address or Bank Account dropdown.
