Review a detailed changelog of all purchase‑module events—PO creation, bill edits, inventory adjustments—for compliance and troubleshooting.
Steps
Open any record (e.g., a Purchase Order) and click History.
Browse chronological entries showing user, timestamp, and action details.
Click View Details on any entry to see before/after values.
Tips
Use the history view during audits to demonstrate control over purchase processes.
Download screenshots or export logs for external review.
Troubleshooting
History tab empty: No changes have been made since creation.
Actions missing: Ensure your role has “View Purchase Settings” and “View Inventory Summary” permissions.
