Overview
Turn a calendar slot into actionable work by creating a Task directly from your calendar view.
Steps
In My Calendar, click an empty slot or event.
Click + (Add) and choose Create Task.
Fill in Task Name, project, priority, assignees, and due date.
Click Save—the Task appears in both Work → Tasks and on your calendar.
Tips
Use this to convert meeting follow-ups into tracked tasks.
Set a short due date for quick “to-dos” right after events.
Troubleshooting
Create Task option missing: Check “Add Task” permission under Settings → Roles & Permissions.
Task not showing on calendar: Ensure the Task has a start or due date within the calendar’s visible range.
