Overview
Review and update event metadata (attendees, status, notes) and see a full audit trail of changes.
Steps
Click any event in the calendar to open its detail panel.
Edit fields such as Status, Select Employee, Description, and click Save.
Switch to the History tab to view a chronological log of edits, creator, and timestamps.
Tips
Use Status (Pending, Confirmed, Cancelled) to track event progress.
Reference History during post-mortem or compliance reviews.
Troubleshooting
History tab empty: No edits have been made since creation.
Cannot edit status: Confirm you have “Edit Event” permission under Roles & Permissions.
