Deleting a Scheduled Zoom Meeting

Overview
Permanently remove an unneeded Zoom meeting from your schedule.

Steps

1. In Zoom Meetings, locate the meeting row.

2. Click ⋮ ▶ Delete.

3. Confirm the deletion in the pop-up.

Tips

• Deleting meetings with recurring series will remove all future occurrences.

• Instead of delete, consider marking status “Cancelled” if you want an audit trail.

Troubleshooting / FAQs

• Q: Delete option is missing.
  A: You can only delete meetings you created; ask the creator or admin to remove it.

• Q: Deleted by mistake?
  A: You’ll need to re-create the meeting; audit history will not be recovered.
