Viewing Meetings in Calendar vs. List

Overview
Switch between list view and calendar view to see upcoming Zoom meetings by date or in a tabular list.

Steps

1. Navigate to Zoom Meetings.

2. Click the List or Calendar icon in the top right.

3. In calendar view, choose month, week, day, or list tabs.

Tips

• Use calendar view to spot scheduling conflicts visually.

• In list view, filter by status or search by title for quick look-ups.

Troubleshooting / FAQs

• Q: Calendar shows no meetings.
  A: Check the “Hide Finished” toggle; you may be filtering out future meetings.

• Q: Date navigation arrows aren’t working.
  A: Ensure your browser zoom is at 100%; CSS grid can break at other zoom levels.
