Overview:
A drip campaign sends a predefined series of emails over time. This article shows you how to set one up in Laywork.
Steps:
Navigate to Automation & AI → Workflows → + New Workflow.
Choose Drip Campaign template.
Set the entry trigger (e.g., “When Lead Status = New”).
Configure Email 1: write content, set delay (e.g., Immediately).
Click + Add Action for Email 2, set delay (e.g., 3 days), and so on.
Review and click Activate.
Tips & Best Practices:
Keep email copy concise and value‑focused.
Use personalization tokens (e.g., {{lead.first_name}}).
Test the sequence on an internal list before sending to real leads.

Q: Some leads skipped emails.
A: Ensure they met the trigger criteria and weren’t unsubscribed.
