Filtering and Searching Zoom Meetings

Overview
Quickly locate specific meetings by filtering status or using the search bar.

Steps

1. On the Zoom Meetings page, click Filters (funnel icon).

2. Select Status (All, Upcoming, Finished, Cancelled).

3. Use the Search field to type a title, host name, or category.

4. Press Enter to apply.

Tips

• Combine filters (e.g., Upcoming + category “Consults”) to narrow down.

• Clear filters via the “x” next to each active filter chip.

Troubleshooting / FAQs

• Q: My meeting doesn’t appear in search.
  A: Search only matches title, host, or category—try parts of the title or host’s full name.

• Q: Filters reset on page refresh.
  A: This is expected; save filtered exports if you need a permanent snapshot.
