Overview
Track every conversation, edit, or deletion for compliance or troubleshooting using the built-in history.
Steps
In Settings → Message Settings, click the History tab.
View a chronological list of message actions: Created, Edited, Deleted, Archived.
Click View Details on any entry to see timestamp, user, and content changes.
Tips
Use history to audit client communications for regulatory compliance.
Export the log (CSV) by clicking Export in the History tab.
Troubleshooting / FAQs
Q: I don’t see any history entries.
A: Ensure “Enable message audit logging” is checked under Security Settings.
Q: Edits aren’t logged.
A: Only text changes (not emoji reactions) are tracked—use Archive for full snapshots.
