Overview
Modify the content, recipients, or attachments of a published notice.
Steps
In Notice Board, locate the notice and click its ︙ menu → Edit.
Update the Notice Heading, recipients, or Notice Details.
Add/remove files under Add File.
Click Save to apply changes.
Tips
Edit only critical details; for major rewrites, consider creating a new notice.
Recipients will receive an email if they’re subscribed to notifications.
Troubleshooting
Unable to change recipients? Check your role permissions under Settings → Roles & Permissions.
Attachments disappeared? Make sure you didn’t uncheck “Send Reminder” if re-sending.
