Choose whether your notice goes to internal teams or external clients.
Steps
On the Add New Notice screen, toggle To Employees or To Clients.
Select recipients under the matching dropdown.
Compose and Save.
Tips
Client notices are useful for updates on service disruptions or billing changes.
Employee notices work best for policy updates or company-wide announcements.
Troubleshooting
Wrong audience? You can’t switch recipients after saving—delete and recreate if needed.
