How to Segment Leads for Targeted Nurturing

Overview:
Segmentation lets you group leads by attributes or behavior so you can apply more relevant nurturing workflows.

Steps:

  1. Go to Leads & Deals → Leads → Filters.

  2. Build a filter (e.g., “Industry = Healthcare” AND “Visited Pricing Page”).

  3. Click Save as Segment and give it a name.

  4. In Automation & AI → Workflows, set your workflow trigger to “When lead enters [Segment Name]”.

  5. Activate the workflow for that segment.
