Overview
Keep your documentation up to date by editing previously published articles.
Steps
In Knowledge Base, locate the article and click Edit under Action.
Update the heading, category, or content in Description.
Replace or add attachments via Upload File.
Click Save to apply changes.
Tips
Note changes at the top (“Updated on [date]…”).
Use track-changes features (e.g. highlight new sections).
Troubleshooting
Cannot edit? Check your role has “Edit Article” permission.
Changes not saving? Refresh the page and try again.
