Steps
In Knowledge Base, use the Search box to type a keyword.
Press Enter to filter in real time.
Click the left-pane category filter (“All” or any category name).
Tips
Search by exact phrase in quotes for better precision.
Combine category filter with search (e.g. category “Tutorials” + “invoice”).
Troubleshooting
No matching articles? Broaden your search terms or clear filters.
