Overview
Control who can see each article by tagging it for employees or clients.
Steps
In the Add/Edit Article screen, choose For Employees or For Clients.
Only that audience type will see the article in their Help Center portal.
Save the article.
Tips
Write internal policies under “For Employees” only.
Create onboarding guides under “For Clients” if you have a client portal.
Troubleshooting
Wrong audience sees the article? Try unchecking and re-saving the audience toggle.
