Steps & Fixes
Article won’t save:
Check required fields (heading, category, audience).
Ensure no network disruptions (reload and retry).
Attachments not appearing:
Verify file type/size limits.
Reopen editor to refresh the file list.
Search returns no results:
Clear search term and filters.
Confirm article is published “For Employees” or “For Clients” as appropriate.
Category changes not applied:
Delete then re-create the category in the modal.
Re-assign articles to the new category.
