Overview
Easily attach important files—such as contracts, reports, or spreadsheets—directly to your client or contract record for centralized access.
Steps
Navigate to Clients (or Work → Contracts) and open the desired record.
Click the Documents (or Contract Files) tab.
Enter a descriptive File name.
Click Choose a file and select from your local drive.
Click Submit (or Save) to upload.
Tips
Use clear names (e.g. “Q1 Financials.pdf”) so teammates can find files quickly.
Keep file sizes under 10 MB; for larger files, use shared-drive links in the Discussion tab.
Troubleshooting
Upload button grayed out? Ensure you’ve entered a File name and selected a file.
Wrong file attached? Click the “×” on the thumbnail to remove, then re-upload.
