Steps & Fixes
File upload fails repeatedly:
Confirm file size/type limits.
Try renaming the file with no special characters.
Discussion editor not loading:
Clear browser cache or try private/incognito mode.
Disable browser extensions that may block rich-text editors.
Mentioned users don’t get notified:
Verify their email settings in Settings ▶ Purchase Notification Settings include “New Purchase Inventory” (applies generically to comments).
Ask them to check spam/junk folders.
Permission errors on delete:
Review the user’s role under Settings ▶ Roles & Permissions.
Grant “Delete Documents” or “Delete Discussion” as needed.
