Creating a New Job Opening

Overview
Quickly publish a new job opening to your internal Recruit dashboard and external career site.

Steps

  1. Go to Recruit Jobs and click Add Job.

  2. Fill in Job Title, Category, Sub Category, and Department.

  3. Select or click Add to create new Skills, Job Type, Work Experience, Recruiter, Location, and Interview Rounds.

  4. Enter Start Date and End Date (or check No End Date for ongoing listings).

  5. Set Total Openings, Status (Open/Closed), and Currency with Show Pay By and salary fields.

  6. Compose the Job Description in the rich‑text editor.

  7. Toggle Remote or Disclose salary on career site if needed.

  8. Under Required Fields, mark candidate fields (Photo, Resume, DOB, etc.).

  9. Click Save (or Save & Add More).
