Overview
Quickly publish a new job opening to your internal Recruit dashboard and external career site.
Steps
Go to Recruit → Jobs and click Add Job.
Fill in Job Title, Category, Sub Category, and Department.
Select or click Add to create new Skills, Job Type, Work Experience, Recruiter, Location, and Interview Rounds.
Enter Start Date and End Date (or check No End Date for ongoing listings).
Set Total Openings, Status (Open/Closed), and Currency with Show Pay By and salary fields.
Compose the Job Description in the rich‑text editor.
Toggle Remote or Disclose salary on career site if needed.
Under Required Fields, mark candidate fields (Photo, Resume, DOB, etc.).
Click Save (or Save & Add More).
Tips
Use consistent naming (e.g., “Software Engineer I”) across openings.
Pre‑add common skills and interview rounds for faster posting.
For confidential searches, set Status to “Draft” and unpublish from the career site.
Troubleshooting
“Job Category” dropdown empty? Click Add and create the category first under the popup.
Validation errors on save? Ensure all “*” mandatory fields are filled and dates are valid.
