Track and process applications for each job opening.
Steps
Select your job and go to the Candidate tab.
View all applicants, their application dates, and statuses.
Click an applicant’s name to review their profile, resume, and onboarding notes.
Move candidates through stages: Shortlisted, Interview, Offer, Hired.
Tips
Bulk‑select candidates to assign tags (e.g., “High‑Priority”) or change statuses.
Use filters (Skills, Experience, Date) to quickly surface top matches.
Troubleshooting
New applications not showing? Check your career site integration (Career Site sub‑tab in Settings).
Cannot change status? Ensure you have “Manage Job Applications” permission under Roles & Permissions.
