Posting Jobs to Your Career Site

Overview
Expose openings to external candidates by publishing them on your branded career portal.

Steps

1. Go to Recruit → Settings → Career Site.

2. Toggle Enable Career Site to ON.

3. Under Jobs, select which job categories/sub‑categories to display.

4. Click Save.

5. On each job’s Profile tab, toggle Show on Career Site.

Tips

• Customize your career site URL and branding in the Settings page.

• Group similar roles under the same category for easier candidate navigation.

Troubleshooting

• Job not appearing externally? Make sure Status is “Open” and Show on Career Site is checked.

• Images or formatting broken? Check your HTML in the Job Description for unsupported tags.
