Steps
Open a job and click the History tab.
Scroll through the timeline: Job created, updated, status changes, and by whom.
Tips
Export screen‑captures of critical changes before major hiring pushes.
Use this trail to resolve discrepancies (e.g., headcount vs. approved budget).
Troubleshooting
No history entries? Ensure that the History feature is enabled in Settings → Recruit Settings → Enable Job History.
Incorrect timestamps? Confirm your organization’s time zone in Settings → Company Profile.
