Problems & Fixes
“Invalid client_id” on page load: Log out and back in; clear cookies; ensure your API integration keys are current (Settings → Webhooks).
Cannot duplicate or edit jobs: Verify “Add Job” and “Edit Job” permissions under Settings → Roles & Permissions → Recruit.
Rich‑text editor missing toolbar: Disable browser extensions (ad‑blockers) or use a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox latest).
Interview reminders not sent: Check SMTP settings under Settings → Email Settings and that “Send Reminder” was checked when scheduling.
Career site not updating: Rebuild the site cache by toggling Enable Career Site off/on in Settings → Career Site.
