Viewing Your Recruit Dashboard

Overview
Get a quick snapshot of all hiring metrics—openings, applications, interviews, hires, and rejections—in one place.

Steps

1. Navigate to Recruit → Dashboard.

2. At the top, review the KPI cards for:

   • Total Openings

   • Total Applications

   • Total Hired

   • Total Rejected

3. Scroll to the Total Applications table to see per‑job application counts.

4. Check the Today’s Interview, Open Jobs, Application Sources, and Application Status widgets below.

Tips

• Hover over KPI cards to see tooltips explaining each metric.

• Use the gear icon on each table to adjust columns and pagination.

• Filter by date range (via the calendar picker) to compare different periods.

Troubleshooting

• No data appears? Make sure your date range at the top spans days when you had active jobs and applications.

• Widgets blank? Check your user role has “View Recruit Dashboard” under Settings → Roles & Permissions → Recruit.
