Overview
Run a detailed report on all jobs posted, candidates applied, hires made, and interviews scheduled over any date range.
Steps
Go to Recruit → Reports → Job Report.
Select your Duration (start/end dates).
(Optional) Filter by Recruiter if you need an individual’s performance.
Click Apply.
Review the summary cards for:
Job Application
Job Posted
Candidate Hired
Interview Schedule
Scroll down for the pie chart and detailed table.
Tips
Export the report by clicking the export icon next to the date picker.
Combine multiple recruiter filters (Ctrl+click) to compare teams.
Use the table’s columns to sort by highest‑to‑lowest applications or hires.
Troubleshooting
“No data” message even though you have jobs? Confirm your date range includes the posting date of those jobs.
Report export fails? Clear your browser cache or try a shorter date range to reduce payload.
