Common Issues & Fixes
Mismatch between Dashboard and Report numbers
Fix: Ensure both screens use the same date range and filters.
Empty widgets despite active jobs
Fix: Check permissions and that your user has Recruit → View permissions.
Chart rendering errors
Fix: Update your browser (Chrome ≥ latest) and enable JavaScript/WebGL.
Export hangs or times out
Fix: Shorten your date range or export per‑report section (e.g., only Job Posted).
Notification emails missing charts
Fix: Switch to PDF attachments via Settings → Email Templates.
Additional Tips
Always test changes in a staging or test account before applying to production.
