Overview
Manage which team members appear as recruiters on your career site and in application notifications.
Steps
Open Settings → Recruit Settings → Recruiter Settings.
Click Add New Recruiter.
Select an existing user from the dropdown.
Toggle Status between Enabled/Disabled.
Save.
Tips
Disable recruiters who are on leave so applicants aren’t assigned incorrectly.
Order recruiters by priority—first-listed shows at the top of the site.
Troubleshooting
Name not in dropdown? Ensure the user has a “Recruiter” role under Roles & Permissions.
Cannot disable yourself? You must assign another Admin to manage recruiter settings first.
