Overview
Choose which email notifications you and your team receive for new applications, interviews, offers, and status changes.
Steps
Go to Settings → Recruit Settings → Notification Settings.
Under Mail Settings, check/uncheck statuses that trigger emails (Applied, Phone Screen, Interview, Hired, Rejected).
Under Email Notification Settings, toggle system events (New Job, New Application, New Interview, New Offer, Recruiter Notifications).
Click Save.
Tips
Enable only the notifications you need to reduce inbox clutter.
Pair status‑change emails with custom email templates under Email Templates for branding consistency.
Troubleshooting
Never receive notifications? Verify your SMTP settings in Settings → Email and check spam folder.
Wrong recipient? Ensure each user’s email is correct in their user profile.
