Customizing Email Notifications for Hiring Events

Overview
Choose which email notifications you and your team receive for new applications, interviews, offers, and status changes.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Recruit Settings → Notification Settings.

  2. Under Mail Settings, check/uncheck statuses that trigger emails (Applied, Phone Screen, Interview, Hired, Rejected).

  3. Under Email Notification Settings, toggle system events (New Job, New Application, New Interview, New Offer, Recruiter Notifications).

  4. Click Save.
