Overview
Define and reorder the stages of your hiring pipeline (Applied, Phone Screen, Interview, Hired, Rejected), choose label colors, and decide whether each status triggers automations.
Steps
Open Settings → Recruit Settings → Job Application Status Settings.
Click Add Status to create a new stage.
Give it a Name, pick a Category, select a Label Color, and set its Position order.
Choose Apply model actions (“yes” to allow further automations like notifications).
Save.
Reorder existing statuses by editing their position values.
Tips
Use distinct, high‑contrast colors for each stage to improve chart readability.
Insert custom stages (e.g. “Assessment”) between default ones by setting position numbers accordingly (e.g. 2.5).
Troubleshooting
Stages out of order? Double‑check that Position values are unique and sequential.
Automations not firing? Confirm “Apply model actions” is enabled for that stage and your notification settings include it.
