Defining and Ordering Your Application Stages

Overview
Define and reorder the stages of your hiring pipeline (Applied, Phone Screen, Interview, Hired, Rejected), choose label colors, and decide whether each status triggers automations.

Steps

  1. Open Settings → Recruit Settings → Job Application Status Settings.

  2. Click Add Status to create a new stage.

  3. Give it a Name, pick a Category, select a Label Color, and set its Position order.

  4. Choose Apply model actions (“yes” to allow further automations like notifications).

  5. Save.

  6. Reorder existing statuses by editing their position values.
