Overview
Add or edit the extra questions candidates must answer on your application form: text, number, checkbox, date, etc.
Steps
Navigate to Settings → Recruit Settings → Custom Question Settings.
Click Add Question.
Select Category (Job Application or Offer).
Enter your Question text.
Set Type (Text, Number, Textarea, Select, Radio, Date, Checkbox).
Mark Is required Yes/No.
Toggle Status Enable/Disable.
Save.
Tips
Use short, clear questions (e.g., “Years of relevant experience?”).
For multiple‑choice, keep options under five to avoid overwhelming candidates.
Troubleshooting
Question not showing up? Make sure its Status is Enabled and you’ve refreshed the page.
Dropdown options missing? Ensure you’ve added options under the Select/Radio configuration section after saving.
