Overview
Control which fields appear on the Quick Add application form to streamline mobile or one‑click submissions.
Steps
In General Settings, scroll to Quick Add Form Settings.
Tick the checkboxes beside fields you want (Email, Phone, Gender, Experience, etc.).
Save.
Tips
Offer an “Apply with LinkedIn” option in Career Site Settings for an even faster flow.
Only enable essential fields to maximize completion rates.
Troubleshooting
Quick Add form still shows hidden fields? Verify those fields aren’t also enabled under Custom Fields in Lead Settings.
Cannot change setting? Check your user account’s permissions—must have “Manage Recruit Settings.”
