Overview
Customize the emails that go out to candidates and recruiters—update logos, footers, and default sender name/address.
Steps
From General Settings, confirm your company logo and name are correct.
Under Notification Settings, review which emails are enabled.
Go to Settings → Email Templates → Recruit (outside Recruit Settings) to edit subject lines, body copy, and footer branding.
Preview and Save each template.
Tips
Include your company’s HTML signature in the email footer for consistency.
Use variables (e.g., {{candidate_name}}) in templates so each mail is personalized.
Troubleshooting
Logo not appearing in outgoing mail? Ensure your email provider allows inline images and that the template references the correct asset URL.
Template changes not reflected? Clear your mail client’s cache or send a test email at least 30 minutes after saving.
