Overview
Customize the pipeline stages (Applied, Interview, Hired, etc.) to match your hiring workflow.
Steps
Head to Recruit Settings → Job Application Status Settings.
Click + Add Status to introduce a new stage.
Enter a Name, pick a Category, choose a Label Color, and assign a Position.
Toggle Apply model actions if you want automated triggers.
Save your configuration.
Tips
Position values control the order in your portal and pipeline.
Use distinct colors for quick visual cues.
Troubleshooting
Status not saving? Check for duplicate names or reserved categories.
Automation not firing? Verify “Apply model actions” is enabled.
