Overview
Collect exactly the information you need by adding custom fields (e.g. portfolio links, certifications) to your application form.
Steps
Go to Recruit Settings → Custom Question Settings.
Click + Add Question.
Select the Category (e.g. Job Application), give it a Question label, and choose a Type (Text, Date, Checkbox).
Mark is required as needed, then Save.
Tips
Group optional questions under “Additional Information.”
Use Select or Checkbox for standardized responses.
Troubleshooting
Field not appearing? Make sure its Status is set to Enable.
Form submission fails? Required fields must be filled; test with dummy data.
