Streamline candidate submissions by controlling which fields appear on the one‑click form.
Steps
In Recruit Settings → General Settings, scroll to Quick Add Form Settings.
Tick the fields you want (e.g. Email, Skills, Resume, Photo).
Set Duplicate Job Application Restriction (days before reapply).
Click Save.
Tips
Only include essential fields to reduce drop‑off.
Use a legible background image to reinforce branding.
Troubleshooting
Field missing? Refresh after saving; clear browser cache.
Candidates reapplying too soon? Adjust the restriction days higher.
