Overview
Quickly locate candidate records by using the search bar, status filter, date range, or job filter on the Job Applications page.
Steps
Navigate to Recruit → Job Applications.
Use the Duration dropdown to select a date range.
Click Status and choose from your custom stages (Applied, Phone Screen, Interview, Hired).
Select a specific Job to show only applicants for that opening.
Enter a candidate name or email in the search field and press Enter.
Tips
Combine filters (e.g. Status = Interview + Job = “IT Support”) to narrow results.
Save commonly used views by bookmarking your browser URL.
Troubleshooting
No results found? Clear all filters and search terms, then reapply step by step.
Filters not updating? Click the Filters button in the top right to toggle the sidebar and reset.
