Viewing, Searching & Filtering Applications

Overview
Quickly locate candidate records by using the search bar, status filter, date range, or job filter on the Job Applications page.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Recruit → Job Applications.

  2. Use the Duration dropdown to select a date range.

  3. Click Status and choose from your custom stages (Applied, Phone Screen, Interview, Hired).

  4. Select a specific Job to show only applicants for that opening.

  5. Enter a candidate name or email in the search field and press Enter.
