Overview
Use the inline Quick Add Form to rapidly log applications without leaving the list view.
Steps
On Job Applications, click Quick Add Form.
In the inline row at top, choose Job and Job Location.
Enter the candidate’s Name (other fields follow your Quick Add settings).
Click Save to append the new row.
Tips
Configure which fields appear here in Recruit Settings → General Settings → Quick Add Form Settings.
Great for job‑fair or phone‑screen data entry.
Troubleshooting
Form not visible? Make sure you click Quick Add Form (the button stays highlighted when active).
Fields missing? Review your Quick Add Form Settings to include the necessary columns.
