Overview
Archive outdated or irrelevant applications to keep your list focused. Fully delete only when data retention is not required.
Steps to Archive
In the Action menu (⋮) next to an applicant, click Archive Application.
Confirm the archive. The row will disappear from the default view.
Steps to Delete
Select the application(s) via the checkboxes.
In the mass‑action dropdown, choose Delete and click Apply.
Confirm deletion.
Tips
Archived applications can be retrieved by toggling the “Status = Archived” filter.
Only delete when you’re certain the record is no longer needed for compliance.
Troubleshooting
Cannot archive? Ensure you have the “Archive Application” permission under Recruit Settings → Roles & Permissions.
Accidentally deleted? Deleted records cannot be restored—export before mass deletion.
