Overview
Interviewers can confirm their availability by accepting or declining assigned interviews directly from the calendar pane.
Steps
From any calendar view, click an interview entry or find it in the right-hand Interview Schedule panel.
Click Accept to confirm or Reject if you cannot attend.
(Optional) Add comments for the organizer when rejecting.
Tips
After rejection, reschedule immediately to avoid candidate confusion.
Accepted interviews turn green; rejected ones disappear from your default view but remain in the list for records.
Troubleshooting / FAQs
Q: I clicked Accept but it’s still showing pending.
A: Refresh the page—sometimes the UI needs to sync.
Q: How does the candidate see my response?
A: They receive an automatic notification email upon your action.
