How to Configure Deal Stages

Overview:
Stages define the steps a deal takes through your sales process. You can rename, reorder, add, or remove stages to reflect your team’s best practices.

Steps:

  1. Go to Leads & Deals → Pipelines and click Edit on your chosen pipeline.

  2. For each stage, you can:

  3. To add a new stage, click + Add Stage, name it, set probability, then Save.

  4. To remove a stage, click the Trash icon next to it (ensure no active deals remain in that stage).

  5. Click Save Pipeline to apply all changes.
