Overview:
Stages define the steps a deal takes through your sales process. You can rename, reorder, add, or remove stages to reflect your team’s best practices.
Steps:
Go to Leads & Deals → Pipelines and click Edit on your chosen pipeline.
For each stage, you can:
Rename by clicking the stage name.
Set Probability by entering a percentage (for forecasting).
Reorder by dragging the stage up or down.
To add a new stage, click + Add Stage, name it, set probability, then Save.
To remove a stage, click the Trash icon next to it (ensure no active deals remain in that stage).
Click Save Pipeline to apply all changes.
Tips & Best Practices:
Use “Closed Won” at 100% and “Closed Lost” at 0% for clear forecasting.
Reorder stages to match the natural flow of your sales conversations.
Archive old or unused stages rather than deleting them outright.

Q: Deals stuck in a removed stage?
A: Reassign those deals to an active stage before deleting the old one.
Q: Stage probabilities not updating forecast?
A: Ensure you’ve clicked Save on the pipeline and refresh your dashboard.
