Creating a New Offer Letter

Overview
Generate a formal offer letter by linking an approved job opening to a candidate, setting salary details, and configuring expiration and joining dates.

Steps

  1. On Offer Letters, click + Add Offer Letter.

  2. Select the Job and associated Job Applicant from the dropdowns.

  3. Set Offer Expire On (deadline to accept) and Expected Joining Date.

  4. Enter the Salary and choose the Rate (per month, per annum, etc.).

  5. (Optional) Check Signature Required or Add Salary Structure.

  6. Add any custom Description and Attachments (e.g. PDF template).

  7. Click Save or Save & Send to draft or immediately email.
