Overview
Generate a formal offer letter by linking an approved job opening to a candidate, setting salary details, and configuring expiration and joining dates.
Steps
On Offer Letters, click + Add Offer Letter.
Select the Job and associated Job Applicant from the dropdowns.
Set Offer Expire On (deadline to accept) and Expected Joining Date.
Enter the Salary and choose the Rate (per month, per annum, etc.).
(Optional) Check Signature Required or Add Salary Structure.
Add any custom Description and Attachments (e.g. PDF template).
Click Save or Save & Send to draft or immediately email.
Tips
Use Save & Send to generate the document and email it in one step.
Pre-upload your standard templates under Recruit Settings → Custom Link Settings for faster attachment.
Troubleshooting
Dropdowns empty? Ensure the job and candidate have active records (Jobs: not expired, Candidate not archived).
Cannot save? Required fields (marked *) must be completed; check date formats for expiration/joining.
