Overview
Track each offer’s life cycle—from Draft → Pending → Sent → Accepted/Declined/Expired/Withdrawn—directly in the list view.
Steps
In the Status column next to an offer, click the dropdown.
Select the new status (e.g. Sent, Withdrawn).
To email an offer, open Action → Send (or use Save & Send when editing).
After sending, change status to Pending, Accepted, or other appropriate stage.
Tips
Automate follow-ups by filtering on Pending offers and exporting the list for reminders.
Color-coded statuses help you scan for urgent items (e.g. red = Expired).
Troubleshooting
Cannot change status? Check your user permissions under Recruit Settings → Roles & Permissions.
Email not delivered? Verify SMTP settings in Recruit Settings → Notification Settings and check spam/junk folders.
