Overview:
As deals progress (or regress), you’ll move them through stages to keep your pipeline up to date and your forecasts accurate.
Steps:
In Leads & Deals → Deals, locate the deal you want to update.
Click the deal to open its detail view.
Find the Stage dropdown or kanban board column.
Select the new stage or drag the deal card to the desired column.
Confirm any prompts (e.g., updating close date) and save.
Tips & Best Practices:
Train reps to update stages immediately after key interactions (e.g., proposal sent).
Use bulk edit when many deals need the same stage change (select multiple, then Bulk Actions → Edit → Stage).
Automate simple moves (e.g., “When demo completed → move to Demo Done stage”) via workflows.

Q: I can’t drag deals on the kanban board.
